My legs still hurt and tomorrow we have thrusters

That doesn't mean I'm NOT going to go to the workout tomorrow . . . I probably will.

It's just that it's gonna hurt.

I'm going to try to do Saturday's workout at home, tonight, then take a shower and rest up these legs.

Twelve thrusters then run 200 meter. Whew. Attack the weaknesses right? Here we go.

    Thought your power cleans were great the other day and you're talking a big talk about being motivated. But then there's been a lot of whining and it's only the second week of the year.

    I guess only time will tell...

  2. Kehau you and Carrol and everybody else haven't figured it out yet have you. Whining IS how I stay motivated. I whine to myself on this blog then go to the workout to try and prove myself wrong. C'mon, there's a method to the madness.

  5. Yeah yeah yeah, yesterday had nothing to do with motivation, it had everything to do with not having a vehicle. I tried calling one of the coaches who lives in my general direction to see if I could get a ride home but she didn't pick up her phone. Right on, tanks for da support. Sole Claus kona giff you a coconut foa a present next yea.

  6. Sole Claus no how fo dial da numbas? Text chime no sound like nadding. Sole Claus can gef da ride any time, but in orda to push da ca, Tehau needs notifications from fone call (not small beep text).
